To ensure a smooth and secure stay, please note the reservation and house rules. A €500 security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is left in good condition and all house rules are respected. In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per adult per night will also be charged through a secure link. Guests are kindly asked to respect the noise regulations of the building. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, and parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment, rooftop, or building entrance. A decibel monitor is installed to help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Violations will result in a €100 penalty for cleaning and deodorization.

For security reasons, the street and building doors must always be closed properly, and access should not be granted to non-guests. Lost keys will incur a €150 replacement fee, and additional charges may apply depending on the time of assistance required. Trash must not be left in common areas; it should be sealed in bags and disposed of in the street containers in front of the entrance between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Air conditioning should only be used with windows and balconies closed, and lights and AC must be turned off when leaving the apartment to save energy.
