Come and enjoy an exceptional experience in one of Barcelona's most atypical penthouses. Designed for 4 people and close to Paseo de Gracia, this apartment with terrace and solarium will allow you to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the entire city.

Inspired by holidays in Bali and Brazil, this modern apartment will offer you comfort and well-being during your stay.

Just 5 minutes walking from the famous and elegant Paseo de Gracia Avenue and 2 minutes from Rambla Catalunya, the apartment located in the heart of Eixample is close to the most famous tourist spots.

A step away is the Passeig de Gràcia metro station (L2, L3 and L4) and several bus stops that will facilitate your movement around the city. In addition, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets at your disposal.

This sumptuous apartment, built with top-quality materials, is designed to accommodate up to four people and will offer you all the comfort you need for a unique and unforgettable stay. This functional accommodation consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, which overlooks a dining room and a bright living room.

The plus of the apartment: direct access to a large terrace with views of the Church of the Mare de Déu dels Àngels from 1932. This terrace is both a living room with a sofa and a dining room to enjoy the view of the city and the Wall inspired by the sunny reproduction of the entrance pavilion of Park Güell.

It also has a magnificent suite with a double bed and numerous storage spaces, in addition to an adjacent bathroom with an Italian shower. The apartment has a second double bedroom equipped with a television and a workspace (office). You will also have another bathroom with an Italian shower. All bathrooms offer a hairdryer.

There are two terraces. The terrace at the same level as the apartment, which has 35m2, and the duplex solarium, which has 100m2 and is equipped with an outdoor shower, will allow you to sunbathe and refresh yourself while enjoying an exclusive panoramic view in the heart of the city.

In addition, it has other amenities such as WIFI, reversible air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cellar and other exceptional services that will complete your comfort during your stay.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
