The photos don’t depict this apartment accurately- it is an old, worn building with moldy shower tile and walls that don’t block any noise. Beds are not comfortable though our young adults kids were ok with them. We basically got no sleep because someone in an apartment next door would start talking or turn on a TV at 2am until late morning. One night the flat was inundated with weed smoke in the early morning hours from a neighbor smoking. The washing machine had been left undrained with water in it that smelled like sewage. While the response from management was swift —after two nights of no sleep we moved to a hotel.

No help needed but your communication needs to be vastly improved. The unit was perfect, size, cleanliness, A/C, location but trying to contact you or your representative SUCKS!! We also heard that from another party renting another unit!!!

Great location, nice apartment

Hard to beat the location. Walking distance to nearly everything. Reasonable sound proofing from busy street with windows closed. Felt safe. 3 mid-sized rooms with queen or full mattresses. Good wifi. I appreciate the property manager including basic items such as laundry detergent. AC and hot water heater worked great (not always the case in Spain).

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood

Very nice, comfortable apartment for our family of 5. Great neighborhood and central location in Barcelona. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. The communication with the staff was sub-par and primarily only occurred through the Vrbo app. The staff responded but it wasn’t always timely. That would be the only recommendation for improvement that I have. Otherwise it was great place and we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect.

Perfect location for a family exploring Barcelona. Perfect sized apartment. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, from allowing us to drop bags in prior to check in, to calling and emailing to see if all is ok. Would highly recommend. And look forward to visiting again in future.

Fabulous Find in Great Location

Great comfortable accommodation in Eixample. Close to city central restaurants and attractions right outside your door. The apartment was very clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed and was reasonably priced. We were 4 woman and had more than enough room in this spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom space. Great full kitchen equipped with all the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet, comfy cozy and had all that was needed. Even the blow dryer in the second bathroom was awesome! Our experience was very positive and the listing reflects exactly what the apartment offered. Easy check in and check out and Habitat was very accommodating in providing instructions to manage everything in the apartment as well as hotel transfers. All in all a great experience and was very happy with our stay! Would recommend! Thank you!

location great, bakery/coffee right down stairs! Apartment sufficient but not enough linens for our stay. Washer broke but was fixed quickly. Same for internet. Communications with property management excellent both by email and phone. ordered extra towels but never received them is only thing I can say negatively about this apartment.

Location, Location, Location. We completely enjoyed or visit to Barcelona and the rental was fantastic. It had a great location with food, drink, transportation and other amenities close by. Definitely a place to revisit.

Listing was accurate and place was plenty large and well appointed. Good location a bit (10-15 min walk) from heart of Gothic quarter. Good access by taxi and good shops/restaurants nearby. Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Lots of space for our family of 5. Clean apartment with airy and tasteful design. Balconies where you could let in some fresh air. Everything you need from an iron to hairdryers and washer/dryer. Close to several great bakeries and the metro got us everywhere we needed to go with just a 5 minute walk to the Diagonal station. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to the Ramblas and also great shopping just a street or two away. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming building in a wonderful neighborhood!

Property was renovated apartment in a very old, charming building. Plenty of space for us to spread out and plan our Barcelona fun. TV was not a "smart TV" but not a huge issue.

Great apartment, wonderful location

We loved this apartment. It is situated on top of the Provença metro station, so is wonderfully convenient. It is also amazingly quiet - despite being in a busy neighbourhood, the double glazing works wonders. We are a family of four with two kids and it was a great base for our Barcelona holiday.

The location could not be better. The property is shabby, the walls are very marked. The tiles are coming off the floor in several places. We had to replace the lightbulbs in the bathroom. The kitchen is poorly equipped. We have not received our property deposit back.

Cute apartment with central location...comfy.

We loved the apartment and the amenities that were part of our stay. The location was perfect for us, as our son is studying in Barcelona for the next few months. We decided to visit him for ten days and explore the city. This apartment was very cute and the charm of the description and pics were what led us to book it. Accurate in every detail. Hot water did not work well...needs to be checked out. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
