One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the second level. The first level is a calmer part. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two rooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath. On the third level you can find a large terrace where you can relax, have a drink, it is ideal for romantic evenings.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
