stay.

Located in a building with a lift, the apartment includes Wi-Fi,
washing machine, iron, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning
in the living room, and TV, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The
balcony provides natural light and a pleasant space to enjoy a coffee
or unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The fully equipped independent kitchen includes a fridge, microwave,
oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as
crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare meals
just like at home.

Thanks to its excellent location, you will have easy access to public
transport and Barcelona’s main attractions, combining the peace of the
neighborhood with proximity to lively areas, shops, and restaurants.

There will be construction work on the façade and balconies of the
flats located at number 2 of the building's entrances, which will be
inaccessible. From 9 January to 23 February.

The building has a lift.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros

- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine)

The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts,
burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities
of our tourist apartments.

available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
