Very run down
The pictures look fantastic but in reality the place is VERY run down.
Pretty much everything is broken.
The faucets are missing parts,
the stairs wobble,
the clothes washer won't finish a cycle,
there are holes in most walls,
light fixtures are dangling, broken, or even sometimes completely missing,
the couches are torn and smell of urine,
the art on the wall has holes in it,
the sliding window door won't close,
the clothes drying racks have more missing parts than remaining parts,
there oven's FUNCTION KNOB was missing making it complete guesswork to operate,
there were no oven-safe dishes,
the bathroom door _does not close_.
Now, all that being said, it was a tolerable place in a convenient location.
It's far from the luxurious place depicted in the photos, but if you're OK with that it's a decent base camp while visiting Barcelona.
Other negatives...
Check-in happened in an entirely different location, which was a huge pain with luggage.
The garbage bins to empty our trash into were non-existent.
The neighbor is often shouting into his phone while pacing in the backyard.
