Located next to the train station with departures to Barcelona every 10/15 min every day from 5 am to 23h. Ideal for families with children. Quiet and familiar area. Ideal to enjoy the beach and the swimming pool and departures to Barcelona with good communications.

The apartment of 80m2 is located in a family residential area with private security 24h, close to the beach and train station perfect to reach Barcelona in 40min. It is located on the second floor without elevator with excellent views of the pool from the terrace. The three bedrooms are composed of 2 double beds, a bunk bed for two people and a single sofa bed. The two bathrooms have a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, AC, good internet connection and private parking space in the building. There is also at your disposal a recreation area with ping-pong, mini golf and two swimming pools (adults and children) open from 9 am to 11 pm.

The delivery of keys takes place in the apartment from 16h to 21h, after that time you will have autonomous access. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1 EURO x person x night in cash.

Possibility of extra bed with additional cost

All common areas are accessible to guests

No parties or events are allowed. Respect to the community rules, no music or loud voices are allowed from 22h pm until 9h am. Smoking is not allowed.
The apartment must be left tidy, clean dishes, garbage in containers provided in the street for this purpose. In case of extreme dirtiness or disorder a penalty will be charged.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE CHECKED IN.

Electronic key will be delivered in case of loss will be charged 20 EURO in cash.

You can only stay alone, previously registered by check in online, the holder of the reservation and number of guests on the reservation.
