We stayed at Sercotel Caspe during the unexpected power outage that affected much of Spain, and we were incredibly impressed with how the hotel handled the situation. Despite the challenges, the staff remained calm, professional, and went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Our room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. Even in difficult circumstances, the level of service remained high. We’re grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Front desk staff were kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the wall of windows in our room, that faced the elevators. Parts of the window were frosted, but you could still see through them, unless the room darkening drapes were pulled. This made the room very dark. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking to various sights and restaurants.

The hotel was conveniently located approx 15min from the airport which was good if youre in Barcelona for a short amount of time. The hotel is located away from the city 45mins depending on which attractions you want to visit. My only issue the walls were peeling in the room.

Really enjoyable stay.

Really good hotel. Easy access to car park connected to the hotel. A reasonable walk to main attractions in Barcelona. If you’ve not been before - you’re going to be walking a lot - but that’s a city break for you. I paid to have the breakfast. There was a really good selection of food. We also ate in the restaurant one night and the food was lovely with decent prices. I did consider staying an extra night but there was no space. There are some nice eateries close by and supermarket (local) across the street - so you have that option too. I would recommend this hotel if it is in the area you are looking to stay.

Overall, the hotel was really nice. It is the most generous buffet breakfast that I've ever seen and everything is soo tasty ! Plus, the rooms are very clean. We were on the 6th floor and at the back of the building, so we were able to sleep in complete silence during the night, even with the windows open which is usually impossible in a city hotel. However, its location is from a considerable walking distance of most of the good restaurants. Let me tell you : when you've walked more than 10hours during the day, you don't want to walk another hour to go eat. TRUST ME ! Plus, even if it is 15°c outside, the rooms are damp and hot. Since we went in April, the air conditioning was not working. We had to open a small window and even then, there was no screen so a bird ended up in our room. There was also a problem with the lights system in our room. In order to turn the lights off, we had to cut all the electricity in our room.. so we couldn't charge our phones during the night. We informed the front desk, but someone could only come and check during the day and since we were out visiting, they didn't come in.. I would still recommend this hotel if you know some good restaurants in the area or if you plan to take a taxi most of the time. Maybe bring a fan with you if you go during winter or spring to help since the AC is not available.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Las condiciones muy buena y la ubicacion mejor. La atencion maravillosa en especial los muchachos de la recepcion que me ayudaron con una reserva. En todo momento fueron muy atentos y profesionales. La limpieza un 10, todo muy pulcro. Volveria a sus instalaciones en una proxima visita a la ciudad.
