Hola :) Our Luxury Plaza España Apartment is very close to Barcelona City center, steps away from Plaza Espana and Barcelona-Sants Train Station. It is a super Modern and Sunny Apartment with a Huge Balcony. Ideal for families and group of friends who wish to spent their Barcelona holidays with elegance. All of the rooms have balcony access. Occupancy is 4 to 8 people. Based on the arrival amount of people we can place extra beds in the small bedrooms - converting them into double bedrooms.

Our Barcelona | Plaza España Apt. with Huge Balcony ® is in Barcelona City Center.
It is a very bright and modern apartment in a stylish contemporary building, steps away from Plaza Espana and Barcelona-Sants Train Station. Some of the main attractions of the city - Magic Fontain, Catalan Art Museum, Arenas de Barcelona shopping mall, Joan Miró park and Montjuic are all just steps away.


Being very close to Plaza Espana makes it very well connected in terms of public transportation and allows you to reach any point of the city very easily. Bus, metro(beneath the building) and train all on the same street of the apartment location. Moreover - bus station of the Aerobus which is the Barcelona Airport shuttle bus is very nearby(7 mins walking approx).

A very Centric Barcelona location and public transport connection of our apartment makes it an exceptional choice for you. There is a patisserie beneath the apartment where you can have breakfasts, and lots of great restaurants for your lunch and dinners. Cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bio-organic stores and supermarkets all in less than 20 meter distance.

Our rooms:

- One Ensuite Double Bedroom with private Bathroom and Balcony access.
- Two small bedrooms that are single bedrooms but can become double if necessary.
- Two Full Bathrooms (one with bidet)
- Spacious and Bright Living Room with a Dining Area and a Sofa(can become a huge double bed if necessary).
- Fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)
- Huge Balcony with table and chairs

Our initial occupancy is for 4 people but we can welcome up until 8 guests upon request

City TAX per person 2.25 €/day to be paid on arrival date.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Plaza España neighbourhood is definitely one of the greatest areas of Barcelona. It is a very dynamic area with lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery shops and shopping places. Many of the main attractions of Barcelona city are located in this neighbourhood. Many restaurants where you can enjoy local food are all around the neighbourhood.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
