Located in an elevated area of the city near Park Güell and the Carmel bunkers, the house provides a tranquil retreat while still being well-connected to the city center. Two nearby bus stops offer direct routes to central Barcelona, and the Alfonso X metro station is just 1000 meters away. The beach is a short 5 km drive, and El Prat airport is 18 km away. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, with shops and restaurants conveniently close by.
