We booked a 2 queen bed room paying more but we got a room with 1 double bed and they said they cannot change and are fully booked. The air conditioner was not working in the room inspite of us complaining multiple times it was neither fixed nor was our room changed. Very disappointed with their service. Hotel is under renovation. Very noisy starting after 9:00 am until past 5:00 pm. When called reception to complaint ( around 3:30 pm), they said work will stop at 4:00. Kept working after 5:00. Also, there is a construction next to the hotel. Breakfast is very good, reception staff very friendly. Not recommended if you are traveling in the next few weeks following January 2025

Delightful friendly hotel

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located to walk to restaurants, Las Ramblas, metro and train station. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Barcelona.

The property was overall okay but we had a terrible time sleeping because of the constructions happening there that no one told us about (nor was it indicated anywhere). It's been very annoying starting from 8am (one day was 6am, but after talking with the reception it seems that it was some loud upstairs clients) and it was very difficult to have some proper sleep.
