The flat boasts a private huge sun-drenched furnished rooftop terrace with BBQ.THE SPACE:Perfect apartment for young and active couples, small families or group of friends. This apartment comes with one bathroom and 2 bedrooms which provides space for 5 people in total. The flat is 60 sq. metres and also offers a 60 sq. metre rooftop terrace.

Underwhelming

Property rented for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) based on the pictures, location, and pricepoint I had higher hopes for this property. Property manager was excellent very accomodating to our flight delays..and had excellent communication skills. Location can't be beat. It was Excellent. Biggest challenge with the property is accessibility. Property sits on the top floor and accessible via the narrow circular stairway in the pictures. Hauling our luggage up/down 6 flights in the narrow circular stairway was a challenge. The upstairs private terrace is accesible via an attick ladder so we didn't really use. Also, this accomodation does not include starter toiletry set. Shampoo, bodywash,conditioner so you'll need to take with you or buy in a nearby Aldi for your first night. Overall rating is Okay.
