Penthouse apartment with private terrace renovated in August 2016 with one bedroom and one bathroom located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the well-known Portal del Ángel, and next to the church of Santa Anna.



You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.



The lounge features a flat-screen television, dining table with chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.



The master bedroom has a double bed.



The bathroom has a shower.
