Apartment fully furnished and equipped, quiet and bright flat (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in central location, at Barcelona Eixample district, Sant Antoni neighbourhood .
Located in classic Modernist Eixample building close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, near to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market Sant Antoni.

The tourist tax is included in the price: € 5.00 per person/night.
It will not be requested once you arrive to the apartment.

Nice neighborhood of Eixample, very near of the best known avenues and squares. You are at a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia, or from Plaça de Espanya; the Feria de Barcelona, which you can visit many exhibitions and fairs.

Comfortable and functional flat. A very cozy place completely furnished, placed in the heart of Barcelona. Ideal for couples (or families with children) that want to know Barcelona, at 10 minutes form the beach, and at 5 minutes from the Paseo de Gracia, and de Fairground (Plaza España)

Sant Antoni is a quiet district and very friendly, with plenty of grocery stores, snack bars and good restaurants, and with a lovely modernist market full of life.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The host’s communication was excellent. Their messages and the greeting by their housekeeper, who showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, made us feel very welcome. They even left a welcome gift of snacks and beverages.

We walk everywhere, and it's a good location. Recommend buying the daily transportation passes are good on buses and trains. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic cafe La Merenda within walking distance for coffees and pastries, and breakfast

This property was a great fit for us...a family of 4 (kids 8 and 11). Everyone had their own space. There are so many great things about this apartment. We were shown around the space so we understand everything and are greeted with a small platter of items (milk, beer, crackers) which was so nice. Apartments was so convenient to restaurants, grocers, and public transportation. There was an ample number of glasses, mugs, dishware. Coffee is provided along with sugar, spices, and oils. They provide extra garbage bags, dish washing supplies, paper towels, etc. The table is spacious and there are many appliances to meet all your needs.The main area has plenty of seating and a huge window that looks out onto the backside. It is a picturesque view. You can also blackout the windows as needed. There are guidebooks on the shelves, some games, and kids toys. There is a large converter with multiple types of plug in options. A washer and dryer is in one bathroom and they provide detergent and softener. Bathrooms have toiletries but we still used our own. The shower stalls are small. One thing that would be helpful is to have extra towels and hand towels for the bathrooms. We only had one towel and one washcloth per person.The bedrooms have garment racks, the beds are very comfortable, great lighting, and plenty of outlets. There are no windows to the outdoors in any bedrooms.Only other thing that would be helpful to have are beach towels. Overall wonderful place and hosts!

This was absolutely perfect for us. Two couples traveling around Spain. Comfortable large beds with a bathroom for each of us. Lot of seats. We were not there much but had all the little things that make a stay nice, kleenex, bath mats and towels and a lovely welcome gift of snacks. It was easy to find ourway around town and there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. We just loved it.

Great location central to the Latin Quarter. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Owners left some snacks as well as beer and coffee. Only drawback was that sound carries in the building so you will hear neighbors moving about and talking in the middle of the night. Unavoidable

Great local location. And details matter. Your hosts have left books to read in several languages, a city map with the apartment location and the walking, driving and bus distances, adapter electric plugs and a converter and some nice snacks (we ended up going and buying some of the cookies cause they were so good) as a welcome to their home. There are lots of placed to eat nearby, the pizza place is really good. There is a supermarket and the San Antonio Market. Simple, Clean and Good Value.

3 days in Barcelona with the family

Host Eloy was fantastic as our daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just 3 months before our vacation. When we arrived Carmen was right at the door we had zero wait time after getting in from a long 9 hour flight from Calgary Canada.Apartment had everything we needed and was stocked up with toilettries, some coffee,tea, milk, juice and a beer. Area has Lidl, Aldi’s and a brefour grocery store all within 1-2 blocks.Suited our needs , was on the outskirts of central areas gwell for 3 days in Barcelona, rented a car and at the end of the block got lucky when a spot opened up.

Local but connected

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and very clean. Perfect amount of space for our family. Easy access to public transportation and airport bus. The only reason we gave a 4 on check in is because it was not ready at 2pm. We were asked to come back in an hour but we just went to lunch so it was ok. Would definitely come back again.
