Piccolo apartamento che ha visto anni migliori molto tempo fa. Tutto funzionava, ma tutti i mobili vecchi e strausati, tende da riparare, pavimenti graffiati, finestre che non isolano piu dal rumore stradale di fuori. La steuttura ha urgentemente bisogbo di un rinnovo. Per il resto, buona gestione da parte del management, pulito, ma troppo caro per il prezzo pagato.
