Bright apartment in the centre of Barcelona, located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood and just 20 minutes' walk from Las Ramblas.

The apartment is only rented to families and responsible adults. Groups of young people, parties, noise at night, and smoking are not allowed.
There is an independent kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI, TV and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are included. There is a lift in the building and covered parking near the building.
