This apartments location close to the district's metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one twin bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner and separate kitchen.
'Barceloneta Beach III' is located on the Barcelona beach in La Barceloneta, the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen and famous for its restaurants. It is next to the Olympic Port, which features over forty bars and restaurants and has become the new leisure area of the city that, together with over four kilometers of beaches, offers the possibility of all kinds of nautical sports.
Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and visits to other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia cathedral or Guëll Park.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
