Exclusive apartment in one of the most emblematic and fashionable Barcelona's boulevards and located close to the Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. It has been recently refurbish and decorated by the design studio HOME-DECO. The modernist building has been fully renovated, has a fashionable entrance hall and has a concierge from Mondays to Fridays, morning and afternoon. The apartment is in a third floor with lift. The living room and one of the bedrooms are pretty large and both face Rambla Catalunya, giving spaces truly shining. CATALUNYA PALACE is an unique, luxurious, genteel and with lots of french details.

The living room has two balconies facing Rambla de Catalunya and two sofas, a big one made of leather and a second sofa-bed ensuring high comfort. There is also a large oak table, higher than three meters long, with upholstered in velvet chairs. Has a smart tv.
Beside the living room there are two bedrooms: one suite with double bed, desk and its own bathroom (wiht shower); and a second one with two single beds but they are convertible beds to a 180 cm double bed on request.
The third bedroom is just at the entrance of the apartment. This is a triple bedroom with two single beds, that are convertible on request to a 180 cm double bed. Finally, there is another single bed.
The second bathroom with shower and french style furniture is at the apartment entrance.
The large and fully equipped kitchen, which is in the center of the apartment, has a big working table in the middle and a colossal picture with modernist buildings of Barcelona.
Bed linen and towels. Ideal to accommodate till nine people.

This apartment has a family atmosphere, in a quiet building that does not tolerate parties and excesses, usually youth, so we only want clients who meet that profile to avoid future inconveniences. There is enough supply in the city for other environments.

Tourist tax
Reservations made for stays as of November 1, 2012 in all tourist accommodation in Catalonia, will incorporate an official tourist tax of 6,88 euros per person and night in Barcelona and 1,10 euros in the rest of Catalonia, which It is not included in the price. The maximum amount is equivalent to 7 nights per person and stay. This rate will apply to those over 16 years of age. The fee will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.

- in case of injustified displacement (lost keys, keys left inside) of owner's representant of the apartment, a charge of 120€ will be
withdrawal from the deposit.
- safety keys lost or damaged will be charged 240€.
