From the moment we arrived at approximately 10:30 p.m., the experience was unacceptable. The hotel had an overwhelming unpleasant smell, and your front desk staff showed little urgency or concern in helping us, despite the late hour.
The room we were given was entirely misrepresented compared to what was advertised online. It was in extremely poor and unsanitary condition:
There were dirty stains all over the bathroom, making it unusable.
Blood was found on the floor, which is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern.
We had to keep our shoes on throughout the stay due to how dirty the room was.
More alarmingly, as a group of female guests, we felt completely unsafe. We heard someone rattling the balcony door, and were forced to move a bed in front of it for security. Throughout the night, we experienced multiple attempts of individuals knocking on and trying to open our room door. We were frightened and felt completely exposed and vulnerable.
This experience was unsanitary, unsafe, and completely misrepresented by your hotel's online description.
