Bright and cosy apartment strategically located in the city of Barcelona, ideal for small families or group of friends. A few minutes walk from the historic city center and main beaches; this is the perfect place to relax after exploring Barcelona's best attractions.

The apartment has two double bedrooms and a full bath. The social area, with lots of natural light thanks to its large windows, integrates the TV lounge room*, fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. Carefully equipped and decorated, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat is located on the Entresuelo or first floor of the building with elevator.

* Please note that the TV lounge doesn't have exterior rolling shutters or blackout curtains.

The apartment is located in the iconic district of L'Eixample, next to the Ciutadella park and the Olympic Village. Very centric and well connected, 5 min. walk to metro and bus stations, supermarkets and pharmacies and very close to Barcelona's main beaches, the Gothic Quarter and the Born neighborhood and the Sagrada Familia.





The apartment is very well connected by metro and buses with all points of Barcelona. It is just 2 minutes walk from the metro stop Marina (Red Line - L1) that will take you to the city center in just 2 stops (5 minutes) and 5 minutes from the Barcelona Nord bus station.

Distance from Barcelona-El Prat Airport 25 min by car (no traffic). Distance from Sants Estació 15 min by car (without traffic).





BOOKING CONDITIONS:

At least one guest responsible for booking and staying in the property must be over 21 years old.



Local laws require that all guests, adults and children, present their legal ID or passport before visiting Barcelona.





GUEST ACCESS:

Regular check-in hours: 15h - 21h.

Late check-in after 21h available upon request; extra charges may apply.



Check-out by 11h.

An automated check-in system is available for your convenience. There is no reception desk in the building so it is very important for us to know your arrival time and flight number in advance to avoid any delays at check-in.





ADDITIONAL TAXES
FEES:

The following taxes and fees, not included in the total price, must be paid no later than at the time of checkin:

Tourist tax: Rate / person / night up to 7 nights:6.25€ (€8.50 from May 1, 2025). Children under 17 years old do not pay.

Late check-in fee: 30€ for arrivals from 21h. - 23h.; 50€ after 23h. only upon request.

*Long stays bookings (30 days or more): The consumption of utilities (electricity, water, gas, wifi) is included in the rental price up to 150 €/ month. If at the end of the contract the real consumption of the utility bills made on the property exceed this provision, the surplus will be collected from the deposit.



HOUSE RULES:

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking, no parties or events allowed at the property.



This apartment is located in a residential building. Please respect the common areas and quiet hours (22hr - 8hr).

We ask you to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment.

Please rationalize the use of the heating and A/C systems and turn them off when leaving the apartment.

Please leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.

We kindly ask you to wash the dishes and empty the trash cans. Garbage bags are to be disposed in the street garbage containers.

For your security, we recommend locking the apartment door at all times. The host is not responsible for the objects that can be removed from the apartment.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
