Das Apartment war sauber und es strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Es war allerdings laut. Ich habe noch nie irgendwo gewohnt, wo es *so laut* war: Wann immer ein Bewohner das Haus betritt oder verlässt, schlägt die Haustür mit ohrenbetäubendem Getöse zu. Wenn die U-Bahn durchfährt, vibriert das Haus. Dazu die Müllcontainer, die mitten in der Nacht geleert werden, die Mopeds, die feiernden Betrunkenen... Aber diese Lage! Nur 2 Minuten zur Sagrada Familia, es wimmelt von Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkten. Man läuft jeweils eine dreiviertel Stunde: Zum Park Güell, zum Passeig de Gràcia, zur Rambla und zum Strand. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett, alles hat perfekt geklappt. Es gibt einen Aufzug. In den Betten haben wir fast besser geschlafen als zu Hause. Die Lampe auf dem Nachttisch ist zum Lesen allerdings zu dunkel; wir waren froh über unsere E-book-reader. In der Küche gibt es einen E-Herd mit zwei Platten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffee- und Waschmaschine. Keinen Wasserkocher, aber einen Teekessel. Das Bad ist winzig; ein großer Mensch muss hier rangieren, wenn er die Tür hinter sich schließen will. Das W-LAN ist unzuverlässig. Manchmal hilft es, wenn man zwischen den Etagen wechselt, manchmal geht es komplett weg. Aber als ich es für eine Zoom-Konferenz dringend brauchte, hat es zwei Stunden lang problemlos funktioniert (vor allem der Upload ist rasant). Wir haben hier 10 herrliche Tage verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder zurück kommen!
