The 60 m² studio is located on one floor of a new building that offers extensive amenities, such as a shared pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for convenience. The main space is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a television, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a large window that provides a lot of light to the dining room with tables and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge, fridge/freezer and hob. In addition, the apartment has an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi for your comfort.

On the second floor, you will find a double bed with a bathroom that has a shower.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
