This comfortable two-level apartment enjoys a prime location just a few minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia and the charming Avenida Gaudí, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

On the ground floor, the cozy living room opens directly onto a quiet inner patio. It features a double sofa bed, poufs, and a large Smart TV with access to Netflix and the Internet. The dining area includes an elegant glass table, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

Also on the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. A spacious walk-in wardrobe allows you to unpack and feel right at home.

Upstairs, a mezzanine with a large dressing area leads to a second bedroom with three single beds. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

The apartment has Wi-Fi throughout and is fully air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.

The metro stations Sagrada Familia and Monumental, both within a 5-minute walk, allow you to easily explore all of Barcelona.

Apartment Rules:

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Authorities may withhold all or part of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine between €50 and €250 may apply.

Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (extra charge of €20).

The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Exceeding the limit or attempting to disable it may result in a fine of €50 to €250.

It is forbidden to use the apartment’s bath towels for the beach. A fee of €12 per towel will be charged if this rule is broken.

Fees:

Regular check-in: between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Late check-in:

From 8:00 PM to midnight: €30

After midnight: €50

After 1:00 AM: additional €10 per extra hour

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify your passport or ID information at check-in.

Barcelona tourist tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
