Discover Barcelona from this charming 65 m² tourist apartment,
perfectly located in Eixample Esquerra, one of the most authentic and
iconic neighborhoods of the city. This space has been designed to offer
comfort and functionality, ideal for families, couples, or small groups
looking for a comfortable and well-connected stay.

The apartment features two double bedrooms, each equipped with split
air conditioning to ensure a pleasant rest throughout the year. One of
the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the
city breeze or a morning coffee. The living room, spacious and bright,
also has air conditioning and access to another balcony, offering an
ideal space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The full bathroom with shower is designed for comfortable and practical
use. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare
anything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners with ease.

The apartment also has a rear patio, perfect for a quiet outdoor

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this flat, including the terrace
and balconies.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Eixample Left (Eixample Izquierda) is one of the most pleasant and
authentic areas of Barcelona to experience the city like a local. Its
wide avenues and modernist buildings create an elegant and peaceful
atmosphere, ideal for strolling and discovering the essence of the
neighborhood.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in great neighborhood

We had a lovely time in Barcelona and the apartment was everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable in clean neighborhood where we felt safe walking around with our kids. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station was close by, clean and easy to navigate.

Great apartment for week long stay

Apartment was great for my husband and two early twenty year old sons one of whom only stayed with us a few nights. Beds were spacious enough for two grown adults. Apartment was perfect for picking up snacks and drinks to have available in the home. There is a Whole Foods like store just around the corner that we frequented. About a half mile walk to the metro line but there is a bus line right in front of the property. The best paella we had was from the restaurant catty corner from the home, but make reservations if you want outside eating! The traffic was a bit loud but didn’t bother us but may bother some who sleep in the front room if you aren’t used to it. Check in was super easy and hosts were very accommodating when we had to stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation. It did get a tad warm at night so a fan might help to have in the home for use. I can definitely recommend and if we are back in Barcelona would stay there again.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described. Check-in process was smooth (be sure to bring cash euros). Apartment was everything we needed. The amenities are awesome for this area - full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer. Pots and pans and dishes. Plenty of room for your clothes. I loved the high ceilings and iconic neighborhood view. Very safe. Comfortable beds. Clean. Mostly quiet except when revelers came home at night from holiday celebrations. Cannot say enough good things about it and the rental company. Everything was easy from booking to payment, etc. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

This is a good location near options for public transportation. Apartment is spacious and clean with one floor above street with elevator. A/C was adequate, but would have appreciated a fan. A better coffee maker would have been appreciated. Host was prompt and helpful when checking in.

location, location, location

What a wonderful apartment for us. Walking distance to major attractions we wanted to see with an added bonus of having a grocery store and bakery right around the corner, only steps away. Ines met us at the door and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and even made some recos on a must-see local market.

Great apartment!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this apartment and we absolutely loved it. It’s spacious, clean, and a fantastic location. We loved the patio to sit and watch the busy streets of Barcelona. The location is perfect. Walking distance to La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, all the main attractions in Barcelona if you’re OK walking a mile or so. Check in was easy. Our check in host was accessible via WhatsApp and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this central, cozy Barcelona apartment!

Our stay in this Barcelona apartment was great with a few minor areas for improvement. The apartment is clean and cozy, feeling like a home away from home. The kitchen had great supplies for cooking, which was a big plus as we enjoy making our own meals. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The apartment offers great value for money considering its location and amenities. Centrally located, it is easy to explore Barcelona. Grocery stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies are all within a 2-minute walk. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The space was just right for our group of four, and there are many great restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of dining options. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient for carrying luggage. The local agent, Sarah, was wonderful when welcoming us. She gave us neighborhood recommendations and was very attentive, kind, and helpful. The personal welcome from Loca Barcelona staff made a difference compared to self-check-in. There were a few areas for improvement. The walls are thin, so we could hear neighbors across from us, above us, and those who shared the courtyard... and they could hear us. The street can be a bit loud, but this is typical of Barcelona apartments. We had to purchase hand soap and wipes to clean the kitchen, as these were not provided. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment 10/10.

Noisy stay

A decent sized apartment, but quite noisy. From Inside, one can hear conversations from the street below and each passing vehicle throughout the day and night. Also, the floors are quite loud (squeaky) throughout the entire apartment. A request for toilet paper was made a day and a half before we departed but we received no response - but in fairness, we were there over Easter weekend. We enjoyed the location, however, as it is only a few blocks from Las Ramblas. The apartment is also fairly well equipped.

Great apartment for exploring Barcelona

Good sized and equipped apartment within walking distance to some the 'must-see' attractions - Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, ... Lots of shops and restaurants near-by. No street parking, so we used an app to pre=book one of the many public parking garages. Air conditioning a big plus as it was hot.
