The property is breathtaking! We were a family of 6. The rooms where spacious and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! And the rooftop pool was amazing to cool down in the evenings. Only downside was our power went out one evening but they were quick to get it restored.

This was a beautiful 5 bedroom apartment on a high floor overlooking the plaza universitat. The layout was perfect. There was a very large area divided into a kitchen/dining area on one side and a living room on the other. There were several large window overlooking the plaza. We were high up enough that the sound was not a problem. In the back, there were five well-sized bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. Everything was modern and clean. The location put us right in the middle of everything. There were nearby coffee shops and stores. Restaurants were abundant. We were a 10-15 minute walk away from many tourist attractions such as the Rambla, the Gothic quarter, Casa Batllo, Pedrera. We loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, coming of a cruise line, we arrived early in the morning and were able to store our luggage at EnjoyBCN's main office for free. A huge benefit!

50th Birthday Celebrations

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for 9 ladies. Added bonus that there were 3 bathrooms for us to share. The roof top terrace and pool was an added bonus! Thank you

We had an amazing stay here. Excellent space, clean and a great central location. The check-in process was efficient and the property was secure. We had a maintenance issue (shower drainage) which was resolved quickly through what’s app message. Although on a busy road we did not have any issue with noise. Roof top pool a lovely touch also. As for constructive feedback we would recommend a mirror per room as being 10 girls we felt this was needed. Possibly a few more wine/champagne glasses as wasn’t enough but not an issue. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend booking and we would book again!

Brilliant location and spotless accommodation - exactly as advertised. Excellent communication from booking until checking out. Only downside was the noise from the traffic and people on the street at night which could be heard the front bedroom-we got used to this after a couple of nights though. A great place to stay!

location was very good! It is in walking distance of most places, including Aldi, McDonalds, pubs and has coffee shop and Starbucks next to the front door. The rooms and the apartments were of high quality, with plenty of items included such as pots/pants, glasses. One of the rooms had a leak but attempts were made to try and fix this, using WhatsApp was a great way of staying in contact with the apartment owners regarding any issues as they were quickly able to respond and address any issues. One thing I think could be good, is to provide more key fobs for the room, especially the room with 10 people, as 2 fobs is not enough. I would have 3 fobs for 8 person apartment and 4 fobs for 10 person apartment for ease of others in the room to be able to get in. Roof top pool looks quite large but it is pretty small and very cold! But once you get in, it is manageable. Roof top has great views of the city. There is metro station outside and plenty of buses. Sofa bed in 8 person apartment was not great to sleep on but overall great place to stay for large groups, well recommended.

Great but the lift!

It’s a great flat for 5 girls, two bathrooms and the pool and terrace upstairs was perfect. However the lift stopped working on the second day and we were on the 5th floor. One of my friends had just had a knee implant and struggled. Also to get our luggage down was a bit of a nightmare. Apart from that problem with the lift we would highly recommend it

Great city stay

Very central location, seconds from the metro and great views across the city. I little noisy due to central location but good for watching the comings and going of the city. Great, clean accommodation and great communication with the Enjoybcn team.

Convenient but not hospitable

This property is conveniently located at University Plaza. It is not as busy and crowded as the Catalunya Plaza but still get the convenience of being in the center of cafes, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is clean and bright but the sofas were sagging. We contact them by Whatsapp and the response time at normal hours is good. However, there is no way to store luggage at this location, they asked the guest to bring their luggages to their office which is 10 min walk away and it is only open during office hours. Early check in requires a handsome sum. We requested check in at noon and they asked for $100 (Our reservation was for 4 nights). They limit the time of hot water in the shower to 3-5 minutes. We feel rushed in the shower, and why do we need to be rushed when we are on vacation? I do not feel the host or the company very hospitable. They only leave cleaning products in the apartment, not even a coffee pod or tea bag or a bottle of water for the guest. The kitchen is equipped but there is no simple condiments like salt or pepper in the apartment. The cons of the location is that the apartment is on a busy street where there is traffic throughout the day. We were on the 5th floor, one side of our apartment is facing the busy street, and with the double pane window closed (we visited during winter), we can still hear the traffic. Some of us had to sleep with ear plugs.

The staff at enjoy bcn are amazing very very responsive to any questions at all times. We only stayed 1 night and with the location being central it was quite noisy into the early hours which is to be expected considering the location.

We stayed 4 nights with a family of 5. We had adjoining rooms which worked out perfect. The charm of this hotel, built half way into rock was unbeatable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service which was done quickly. It is walking distance to old Nice and very close to the beach. Pool area was very nice, along with the restaurant. WiFi was a bit spotty but other then that, we would highly recommend and come back next time!

Not a safe place at all, zero managment engagemen

The last night of our stay, Friday night, there was a raging party in an apartment one floor below us. Pounding music, screaming totally out of control until 1:30 am. The elevator and lobby was covered with feathers and debris next morning. We were terrified and honestly afraid to knock on the door or do anything. We reported to managment who confirmed there was an issue, stated the occupants disconnected the noise monitors that would have detected noise above the legal limit and the night person who circulates did not get to our building due to another urgent situation. Management’s response is that I didn’t call and alert them when the party was happening. Managment clearly doesn’t get how afraid someone from another country can be in this kind of situation. Aside from this unfortunate situation know that you are on a very loud street and square with traffic all night long. Also know that like my daughter, who’s pocket book was stolen in the restaurant that is next to the apartment along with her passport and factually, 5 other travelers had theirs stolen the same day in the square according to the police, your safety appears not to be a concern of the managment of this apartment. When and if you have an issue you must report it immediately and hope they respond timely. For us, we now realize the risks and will be renting from hotels that have on site security and systems in place. You would think that managment would try to make it right, not a chance

The property is large and well kept. It is within easy distance of the majority of sights in Barcelona. It is however on a very noisy road - like most places in Barcelona. The photo of the pool is misleading as it is not large but the view on the roof is great

Great apartment in central Barcelona w. an amazing rooftop pool and lounge area and a great view. Accommodates 8 people easily - but 6 would be ideal as the pull out couch shows some signs of ageing. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower-washrooms and a full kitchen. Great wi-fi. Great location. The hosting company staff is friendly and available via WhatsApp. They arranged early checkin for us on very short notice. Also, we could leave our luggage at their office on checkout day before heading back for our evening flight. Would recommend and would use them again if coming back to Barcelona.
