Private: property 1 ha, large garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 15 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Granollers Centro" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Vilassar de Mar" 20 km. Sports harbour 26 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
