Located in an upscale residential area in Barcelona, just 1 minute away from the Diagonal Avenue, one of the main business areas in the city, and just 5 minutes from Passeig de Gracia, an avenue where national and international designers Boutiques, 5 star hotels a wide array of restaurants and two of the most visited Gaudi buildings are located. This fantastic penthouse apartment has a surface of 300 sqm + 60 sqm of terraces laid out on two floors connected by stairs within the apartment but with their own private entrance each floor.

The lower floor features 5 bedrooms, four with double beds and one with twin beds, four full bathrooms, 1 toilet, a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with solarium, sitting area and a table and chairs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
