Beautiful apartment for 4 guests with a shared pool and sea views

Located in the Fòrum district, right in front of a beautiful beach, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay in Barcelona.

You can easily move around the city using one of two nearby public transport options:

El Maresme/Forum metro station, just 5 minutes away on foot

Port Forum tram stop, right at the foot of the building

Situated on the seventh floor, the apartment features a spacious and bright living room thanks to its large windows. It has access to two balconies, one of them furnished with comfortable armchairs.

The living room includes two sofas, a large smart TV, and a dining table for 4 guests.

Adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.

The apartment has two bedrooms:

A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with shower

A second bedroom with two single beds, next to a second bathroom with a bathtub

On the ground floor of the residence, guests have access to a large shared swimming pool, ideal for sunny days.

Apartment rules:

Groups under the age of 25 are not allowed
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Authorities may withhold part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fine between €50 and €250 may apply
Pets under 10 kg are welcome upon prior request (additional fee of €20)
The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. This device does not record conversations but measures noise levels in decibels. Tampering with it or exceeding the noise limit may result in a fine of €50 to €250
Bath towels provided in the apartment must not be used at the beach. A fee of €12 per towel will apply if this rule is not respected
The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 15th.




Check-in and fees:

Regular check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Late arrivals:

Between 8:00 PM and midnight: €30

After midnight: €50

From 1:00 AM onwards: €10 per additional hour

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30

Barcelona tourist tax not included:€1 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
