This charming 50m² three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona offers a welcoming retreat for families and friends seeking a memorable stay in the city. Located on the fifth floor of the building and accessible by lift, the property blends comfort and convenience.

A dining table where you can enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery.

The apartment has three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Please note: The street is currently under construction, so some noise may be heard during daytime hours.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Two rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning, whereas the third has a portable fan.

Located in the lively Poble Sec neighbourhood of Barcelona, the property offers the perfect base to explore the city’s cultural and culinary gems. Just steps from Avinguda del Paral·lel, the area is steeped in theatrical history, with iconic venues like El Molino nearby.

Guests can easily reach Montjuïc Hill via the Paral·lel metro station, where gardens, museums, and panoramic views await. Food lovers will appreciate local favourites such as Restaurant Elche, known for its traditional paellas since 1959, and Sense Seny Restaurant, offering creative Spanish-Asian fusion dishes.

Well connected by metro (Lines 2 and 3), the neighbourhood blends traditional charm with urban convenience, ideal for both short and extended stays in Barcelona.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Paral·lel, is just a 1-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights)

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
