The service was as good as, if not better than, any hotel we have ever stayed at…anywhere. The hotel has old world grandeur and luxury that we really appreciated, with wonderful restaurants and bars. The rooftop restaurant and views from the rooftop deck were a highlight of our stay. We highly recommend the hotel and we look forward to staying with you again on our next Barcelona trip.

We arrived a few hours early from our international flight with 3 rooms booked and a 3pm check in time. They kindly gave us one room and another one a couple hours early. This provided a very welcome place to store our bags and get some rest before 3pm. Also the hotel rooms themselves were among the most convenient and elegant of anywhere we’ve stayed. Fabric walls kept outside noise to a whisper, if anything. The shower - wow beautiful marble and 2 sinks in bathroom. The restaurant in the am for breakfast is a show stopper and the rooftop restaurant was perfect for dinner. Too bad the movie was only playing on Halloween and we were ready to watch it on 10/27!

The hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were very spacious, they we’re also decorate a beautifully, the breakfast was delicious, it had a variety of items to choose from. The staff was amazing. They were always on it, continually taking care of their gas. We felt very welcome from the minute we walked in the door, they let us have tea in the dining room while we were waiting for our room at no charge also. It was also within walking distance of shopping and many artistic buildings that we toured. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This was a first visit to Barcelona and one of our best hotel experiences ever! The central location is ideal whether you prefer walking, metro, or taxi. And this former Ritz property has been both beautifully maintained and thoughtfully updated while retaining its classic elegance and charm. Our room was lovely and spacious with a stunning marble bathroom. But the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. From the General Manager to the Concierge to all of Guest Services, every single employee goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and to anticipate your every need, always with a smile. We'd love to visit Barcelona again, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Absolutely love this hotel. The history is amazing and facilities are clean, beautiful, and the staff is on point. Our original room had a broken toilet. They immediately moved us to another room no problem. It was not a hassle at all.
