They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

Short stay for business. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable - all I need for a business trip. All staff friendly and helpful plus a good breakfast.

This hotel is a great option if in the area for work for otherwise. The staff is remarkable in today's world for their care and in every occasion deserves the highest rating. This will be my default hotel when in the area as long as at the service stays at this level. After a three day stay here I can recommend this hotel for their attention to detail and their staff. Keep it up.

The cleanliness of the room was high standards, room service everyday. Very nice and helpful staff on the reception, gave us some great advises about Barcelona and helped me organise a little treat for my mum’s birthday. Loved our stay in this hotel!

This is not a holiday hotel. For sightseeing in Barcelona, you will need to take a taxi to Estatio Rambla then a 35 minute train journey. This needs to be done each day as there is nothing to do in Teressa. Pity really as the Hotel is clean, tidy, has lovely helpfull staff, is quiet and reasonably priced. Cannot fault the hotel, it is just in the wrong place

The accommodation is clean and quite pleasant. Amazing staff all through, they went out of their way to make something for me to eat despite that the kitchen was closed as I arrived late. If there was any downside, there is no coffee/tea making facility in the room. Also, if you need to get around to explore it may be better to rent a car to this location, taxi was quite expensive, paid €91 from the airport and €74 back, if I rented a car for 2 days it will cost less.
