Definitely overpaid the floor in one bedroom had old spills on wood floor . The bathroom had mold and it really needs a shower door or curtain floor always wet and a slipping hazard. No balcony as pictures showed just 4 giant garbage bins and a lot of outside noise from people coming in and out of front door and garbage trucks . I did not get my moneys worth.

The apartment had everything we needed and was super spacious for our family. We liked how close it was to the metro and that it was on a relatively quiet, side street. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

A great modern property in a quiet side street. Perfect central location. The apartment was beautiful and had an amazing outside space for eating outside or sunbathing. I will definitely consider this property next time I am in Barcelona

This was our best Barcelona stay experience ever! As a family of 6, it's often hard for us to find a space that can accommodate us that is also comfortable/clean as well as affordable. We plan to reserve again in the future when visiting family and can't believe we didn't know about this place before!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Plaza de España, with easy access to numerous bus and metro stops. The apartment itself is spacious and very well-equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the communication with the company for check-in was excellent. Highly recommended!

Me sentí muy insegura porque el patio da una jardín q es muy fácil de brincar y mucho calor no se siente el aire en Los cuartos solo en la sala de tele si ahí se tenía q dormir y los vecinos 2 noches seguidas con fiesta hasta la madrugada q no dejaban dormir
