A charming and super cozy space featuring two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a comfortable living room, and a spacious garden—perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s great weather and vibrant atmosphere.



The Space:

A fully furnished apartment designed to meet the expectations of any traveler visiting the city!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances you need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the vibrant streets of the Ciudad Condal.



The apartment features a full bathroom and two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: two single beds that can be converted into doubles. By default, one room is set up with two single beds and the other with a double bed. If a different arrangement is required, it is MANDATORY to request it at least 24 hours in advance.



Following the bedrooms, you’ll find the spacious living room and a dedicated area for work or study.

Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. - Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
