This beautiful and spacious apartment in central Barcelona has been recently renovated. It is located just two minutes walk from Placa Universitat - the beginning of the amazing Cuitat Vella - the oldest part of central Barcelona. The apartment is situated close to the University, Las Ramblas and Placa Cataluña. It is easily accessible from the airport with a short bus or taxi ride. The surrounding streets are full of cafés restaurants and delicatessens brimming with traditional Barcelona fare.

This is a very spacious apartment offering high quality accommodation in smart surroundings. Located 2 floors up, with access via elevator, the apartment is bright and surprisingly tranquil.

The large living area has two large and comfortable sofas, a coffee table and two smart sideboards. There is a large flat screen LED TV with full cable service, DVD player, free WIFI ADSL internet connection and Hi Fi. There are also free national calls from the telephone in the apartment. Towards the rear is a smart glass dinning table with seating for six.

The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a large double bed, bedside tables and a huge wardrobe. The bedroom has a very smart en suite with a luxurious spar bath, WC and hand basin. There is also a cot and baby's high chair available at no extra cost. It also has access to a balcony.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. It also has access to a balcony.

The third bedroom is a twin room with two beds, bedside table, lamps and a wardrobe. It also has access to a balcony.

There is a second smart bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.

The kitchen is sleek and modern and is fully equipped with a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and kettle. There are plenty of pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery for comfortable self catering. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

With central heating and air conditioning through out plus a superb location, this is a great choice all year round.

Perfect spring break getaway for family

Our family of 5, with 3 older teenagers, had an amazing time. The apartment was exactly the right size, close to the metro, and in a really fun neighborhood, with lots going on at all hours. It’s hard to plan a trip that all three teenagers enjoy - this apartment was just what we needed.

Holiday Apartment

Great apartment for a family. Stayed for 4 nights and is a great location as very close to the metro and plenty of places to eat nearby. Also Aldi just around the corner if you wish to eat in. Communication with Matias was very good .

Huge place

Huge apartment. Only 3 of us stayed in 2 of the rooms. The master suite is on the far side so it’s quiet because you can’t hear others in the common areas. The suite faces a loud street so we did not open the windows for air. Mini split A/C unit in the bedroom instead. Netflix on tv. TV should be on a higher table as the blankets block the bottom when you lie down. Googled instructions for the dryer because there are 3 buttons that you cannot see. No light outside so hard to do laundry after dark. Smoother check-in if contactless process. Matias was nice and responsive, but it was weird that communication was conducted via regular text and not on the Vrbo app which is safer. Since we arrived after 8p, there was an extra fee. While I understand that the on-site needs that for their inconvenience, I wish that was clearly stated in the description of the rental so that I could have planned ahead with my arrival time. The big management company on Vrbo also misinformed the on-site person. The management on Vrbo said to text the on-site, but they told the on-site that we would be ringing the doorbell to the unit. However, the management didn’t even provide us with the apt number so we wouldn’t know which one to ring from the street. We only waited 10-15 minutes because of this, but it could have been avoided altogether. I do not blame the on-site. The management company that runs the Vrbo account needs to come up with a smoother check-in process that does not involve a person.

Modern, Large, and Central Flat

The flat was perfect for our family! It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom. It is also in a perfectly central location! It was so easy to get on the metro or just walk to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were all nice and modern.
