Nice and roomy apartment with a lift to the property. It’s self check in, so pretty straightforward. Although a bit of struggle to get more than 2 keys as we had 5 people staying in the apartment. Yet we had a helpful staff member help us with the machine. In general the apartment is surface level clean, but there were small ants in the kitchen and the bathroom is mouldy. Great having aircon in the main loungeroom, but not available in the bedrooms. Not recommended to open the windows due to the kitchen smell from below so the rooms got quite hot. In general though a fine place to stay, with a full kitchen and washing machine which was handy.

Läget för hotellet var perfekt, med närhet till La Rambla och ett stort utbud av restauranger och butiker. Lägenheten var relativt fräsch – något gammal och sliten på sina håll, men i övrigt ren och välskött. Tyvärr levde servicen inte upp till våra förväntningar. Vid incheckningen fick vi betala en avgift som vi inte hade informerats om i förväg. Vid ett annat tillfälle kunde vi inte komma in genom porten och möttes av en otrevlig attityd från värden. Vi fick besked om att vi skulle behöva vänta minst 30 minuter på hjälp. Som tur var fick vi fantastisk hjälp av servitören på restaurangen bredvid, som kunde släppa in oss via en bakdörr. Inför avresan ringde vi för att få hjälp med att boka en taxi till flygplatsen, men blev återigen bemötta på ett otrevligt sätt. Vi fick besked om att det inte gick att boka en taxi så tidigt, utan någon vidare hjälp eller lösning. Barcelona är en fantastisk stad som vi gärna återvänder till, men vi kommer tyvärr inte att välja MH Apartments igen
