Overall a good stay, but a few things to be aware of.

The apartment itself is in a great location and was very clean and recently renovated, which made for a comfortable stay. However, communication could be improved. Messages were initially answered in Spanish despite me writing in English, and they required me to use their own external messaging platform instead of something simpler like WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the platform was buggy and response times were quite slow.Additionally, they tried to charge an extra fee for check-in after 6 PM, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. It felt like a surprise fee that should have been clearly disclosed upfront.A couple of small touches would have made the stay better—like including a few Nespresso capsules and having some small spoons in the kitchen.Despite these issues, the place itself was nice and the location very convenient, so overall a good experience.

Très bel appartement

Un bel appartement, plutôt bien situé, proche de la gare de Sants (20 min à pied), proche de plusieurs stations de métro (la plus proche Rocafort). Immeuble calme.
