This flat has a balcony to the outside which is accessed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room integrated with the kitchen and a complete bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine, etc. In the dining room there is a sofa table for up to four people, and it forms a whole with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for the people staying according to the details in the reservation.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
