The photos online make this apartment look much newer than it actually is. It was pretty beat up. Flooring was warped and the upstairs roof access had a table and some chairs, no hammock like in the picture. The really disappointing occurrence was when we showed up after we checked in, they were cleaning the apartment. We had to sit around and wait for the girl to finish cleaning before we could go out and start exploring this city. The management office refused to do anything about it (ie give us any credit) when they have in their documents they will charge you extra for early or late check in. They were late and should have given the parking for free. As an FYI, unless you have an extremely small vehicle, DO NOT PARK AT THE BUILDING!

A bit disappointing for a two teen family

Location was good but very noisy street next to master bedroom window and courtyard with partiers on the two small bedroom window side. Earplugs needed every night. Apt had minimal cutlery, provided only two toilet rolls and one garbage bag. When I asked about kitchen dish cloth or towels I was told they don’t supply those. Bought groceries but no fry pan to be seen. 10 pots but try frying in a pot! Rooftop deck had no lawn furniture cushions or cute hammock as shown in website photo’s. Pool was on the dirty side and green space beside it was a foot long and poorly maintained. Not enough lawn chairs for more than one family. We would not recommend staying there.

Wonderfully located Appartment.

Appartment is great location to lessop metro. Is basic, Bathrooms could do with a bit of attention. They are very small aswell. Roof terrace is nice and I real sun catcher.

Nice apartment in quiet location

The apartment is in great shape and the neighborhood is easily accessible to everything but also nice and quiet. My only complaint is that the apartment didn't come with hardly ANY supplies...you'll have to buy EVERYTHING, including salt, pepper, and toilet paper. Most rentals in my experience come better equipped. Otherwise a great place.

Bien situé mais ne correspond pas à l’annonce !

Malgré une bonne situation, une jolie terrasse et des équipes sympathiques, l’appartement ne correspond pas au descriptif de l’annonce. En particulier, L’accès à la piscine est déplorable (parking nauséabond), l’équipement de la terrasse ne correspond pas aux photos et le lave-vaisselle était en panne et l’appartement est sous équipé. Je ne recommanderai pas cette location !
