Welcome to the luxurious, spacious and quiet duplex apartment near the Arc de Triomphe, with a private terrace and solarium area and community pool!

This splendid Apartment with Private Terrace and Pool near the Beach for 8 is an 85 m² duplex with an incredible 45 m² private terrace. It is located on the ground floor of a modern building that has amenities such as a community pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for added convenience. The main space is spacious and welcoming, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with access to the magnificent private terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers so you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air. The kitchen, fully equipped and practical, is open to the living-dining room, which facilitates interaction while cooking.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

Not as Advertised

First, the pictures show the apartment as it looked maybe some years ago. Very tired. Beds were not comfortable. But the worst part, the A/C did not work properly and NO HOT WATER. I tried to contact manager but they did not respond about the HOT WATER!

Don't book as you may not get your deposit back.

The apartment is not how it looks. There was tape on the stairs, broken decking outside, wires hanging out of the ceiling and the sofa bed was broken. We would have let all this go, if My Space Barcelona had not tried to withhold our deposit. After four weeks, they declared they would not pay the deposit as they alleged noise and sent out a graph that was nonsensical. Reading other reviews about them, it seems they do this a lot. Luckily Vrbo refunded it as they are not allowed to withhold deposits on noise grounds - even though we were not in when they claimed it was noisy.
