This flat preserves original features and makes necessary updates like double-pane windows and a Queen sized wall bed with memory foam mattress. Our large south-facing balcony features a full-size table for two where you can enjoy tapas while taking in the sun. The 45 inch TV has both local digital channels in Spanish and English as well as a smart TV app which can connect to Youtube, Netflix & Amazon Prime movies.
The space
The space consists of 25m2 interior as well as 4m2 exterior balcony. The well distributed interior includes a private bathroom, full-size mirror and armoire, washing machine, kitchenette, living area with sofa, coffee table and TV, as well as a desk to work from during the day and Queen size wall-bed for the night. There is high speed internet (300 mega download) with both direct ethernet connection as well as 5g wifi. Security: Entering the foyer there is an interior apartment to the left and this studio to the right. There is a security camera in the vestibule and the studio apartment is secured with a steel door and triple lock. The exterior balcony has a large outdoor table and two chairs and can easily serve as a dinner table both outside or if you bring it into the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, nespresso machine, full-size refrigerator, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing machine next to the refrigerator and a stand to hang your clothes to dry. The flat faces the south and has a plaza below so there is always about 8 hours of unobstructed sunlight a day in both the summer and winter. However, the large French doors have wood panels which close and lock to block out 100% of the sun.
Guest access
I will meet you to check in and give you the keys. You will enter the building from the street. Walk up to the first floor, the door to the flat is on your left. There is not an elevator.

This is a very quiet building with many local and international owners as well as long-term renters. Please be respectful and considerate to them.
