Recently renovated, it has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a bright living-dining room with separate kitchen and a small terrace ideal for spending time with family or friends.
The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second one two single beds as well as closets and drawers to store belongings during your stay. The south orientation of the property will allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.
A modern and functional bathroom with shower and toilet are available in the apartment.
The area in which the property is located is quiet and safe, ideal for people who want to enjoy the city to the fullest.
The location is ideal as it is located 10 minutes walk from the famous Basilica of the Sagrada Familia and 30 minutes walk from the city center and Bogatell beach. At 4 minutes you will also find the shopping center Les Glories for shopping and 3 minutes from the metro stop Encants with connection to any area of Barcelona.
