I felt very safe. I love how there is security at the entrance of the hotel and how they lock the doors after a certain time. You need your key card to enter the hotel at night. We loved having a rooftop pool and restaurant. The only negative thing was that it was not kid friendly when it came to food. I called in advance to ask if the hotel was kid friendly and they said yes but none of the restaurants offered kid friendly food. My son doesn’t eat extravagant dishes such as fish, shashimi, crab, shrimp, etc. We had a difficult time when we ate because we always had to go out to eat because they had no kids cheeseburger or chicken nuggets or quesadillas or even smoothies, etc. Also, breakfast was very limited not a big selection. But, other than that, we loved our stay. The staff is amazing and the food was pricey but delicious! If you like seafood, you will love the restaurants. You will love the views from the roof top.

The hotel is beautiful. My only problem was how how the rooms gets. The room will never go below 21 degrees and as soon as the sun rises the room starts to get hotter By 10 am the room is at least 24 degrees

Amazing hotel! Beautiful views and amenities. I love that is located off the caos rambla area and a much safer neighborhood with a lot of transportation options. The hotel is amazing and it has their own parking on the property basement.

Room was dowdy, beds uncomfortable and worn out Cracks in shower Room was noisy as windows do not block out the sound. Air con not working properly, was very old and noisy, couldn’t change the temperature or change fan speed. There was a weird clicking noise from smoke alarm all night which was videoed and shown to manager who agreed with the issue but she couldn’t care less!! She said the room was prepaid so nothing she could do - didn’t even erase the extras bill. I def wouldn’t stay again.

Stunning hotel - reception smells so good when you walk in you don’t want to leave! Breakfast is amazing. Room size perfect (family of 4). Staff are all amazing and welcoming. Had a snack on the roof terrace - gorgeous! 360 views of Barcelona just amazing! Would definitely go back.

It was a lovely property but we felt it lacked the amenities a typical 5 star would offer. No real toiletry kit/ lotion provided in the room. Shampoo and conditioner was empty upon check in. No turn down service. Shared with them it was my husbands birthday and wanted to pre book breakfast to the room as a surprise, attempted to order the day before and shared with me they couldn’t coordinate for me I would have to call morning of. Nice property but don’t think it had 5 star service. Dont get me wrong it was a nice property just felt like they weren’t in the business of wowing their customers or going above and beyond like you see in other 5 stars

Nobu Hotel is next door to the train station in Barcelona, which is convenient if you're traveling by train. Also, very easy to get cabs. Many of the attractions are a short ride away. The rooms are attractive and comfy for a city hotel. Sweeping views from the upper floors. And there's the hotel restaurant on the top floor; in the lobby is a nice coffee and snack bar. Fairly pricey but a very nice and safe hotel.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. The service was appalling, I tried to flag a staff member for 10 mins on the rooftop to order a drink, gave up and went to the bar, ordered a Coke no lemon - it took 20 mins and had lemon in it. The electronic blinds in the room you can’t close halfway, it’s either very bright or completely dark - something management confirmed as they came to my room. I ordered a beef katsu sandwich via room service and the beef was so tough you could hardly bite into the sandwich and incredibly dry. I was so excited to try a Nobu Hotel for the first time and a major disappointment.

Very nice hotel. Close to train station but on busy main road. No noise in hotel. Twin room was excellent. Did not use restaurant and breakfast was €50 so not ideal.
