Staff was super friendly and very attentive. The room was quite spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Location was great close to Passeig di Gracia, and many places to eat around. Breakfast was excellent, with many different items , however the restaurant at night was quite pricey, and not worth the money, The cafe had limited options for a quick bite, overall this is a superb option to stay inBarcelona

The staff was extremely friendly and ultra attentive to any potential needs, from assisting with luggage, suggesting venues or transportation options, or offering additional amenities for our room. Clean, comfortable bedding. I would recommend this hotel with one note: we do not know if all the rooms share this concept, but the shower in our room offered no privacy. It was clear glass, visible from the lounging area, walkway to the door and closets, and bath areas. There was a frosted glass wall between the bedroom and shore (odd). If that would make you uncomfortable, be sure to check if another layout option is available.

Mostly everything during our stay was great including the room and the service. Location was super convenient and walkable to lots of places. Though there was some noise from upstairs (maybe or from next door) at night. Sounds like they were moving the furniture. Also note that they didn’t help with your luggage during check-in or check-out. You might expect that level of service from a five star hotel while it seemed that they were lacking it.

Breakfast area is small, we waited for a table for about 20minus, not much variety of food. When we arrived, the bacon and fried vegetables were all gone. We asked the waiter several times for more bacon and waited for nearly 20 minutes before they added more.It was only 10am at that time, which was the prime time for breakfast. Apart from that, the hotel's facilities and services were OK. A large bottle of CAVA every day was the only plus point. The facilities were not up to the five-star standard.
