apartment is located on Gran Via de les Corts, just minutes from Plaza

convenient.

The apartment features two double bedrooms, ideal for couples, friends,
or families, and a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing
after a busy day exploring Barcelona. The living room is spacious and
bright, with a sofa bed and air conditioning, offering a comfortable
space to rest, read, or watch a movie.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, appliances, and
cookware needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full
dinner. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony, perfect for enjoying

however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the
balconies.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Living on Gran Via de les Corts places you in one of Barcelona’s most
central and dynamic areas, between Sants-Montjuïc, Eixample, and Plaza
España. From here, the city is at your feet, and every corner is within
reach.

You can enjoy culture and art by visiting the National Art Museum of
Catalonia (MNAC) or the Fundació Joan Miró, both on Montjuïc, as well
as CaixaForum, with its temporary exhibitions. For architecture
enthusiasts, Plaza España and Las Arenas offer history and unique
panoramic views.

If you enjoy strolling, the Poble Sec neighborhood will surprise you
with its streets full of street art, tapas bars, and local charm, while
Montjuïc awaits with its gardens, viewpoints, the Olympic Stadium, and
the famous Magic Fountain.
