This wonderful flat on Aribau street in Barcelona, has two bedrooms, both with double beds. It has a spacious living room with air conditioning and access to the balcony and a long corridor that leads to a bright fully equipped kitchen with a dining table (separate from the living room). At a short distance (10 minutes away) is the iconic Gaudí monument "La Pedrera", as well as Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló. Plaça Catalunya is about 20 minutes walking. We can say that you will be staying close to the heart of Catalan modernism; one of the neighbourhoods with the most heritage appeal. It is the area most visited by tourists thanks to its tourist spaces such as: Catalonia Square, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa de les Punxes, Casa Lleó i Morera, Palau Robert, The Block of Discord... It is a neighbourhood of culture and architecture, a spectacle that highlights the grandeur of its constructions and therefore worth seeing, and offers a variety of gastronomy, leisure and culture.
Please note that air conditioning is only in the living room.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
