We have three rooms (one with a double bed, another with a single bed, and a study without a bed), a full bathroom with a shower tray, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
It has a spacious terrace. The apartment has WiFi for our guests and central air conditioning/heating. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.
Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop directly connects with the train station and the airport.
This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is popular among young people for its multicultural atmosphere.
Popular, multicultural and working-class neighbourhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and varied culture. Its main arteries are Blai Street, which functions as a small boulevard full of bars and shops, and Sortidor Square.
In addition to industrial activity, being located behind the Paral-lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with the world of entertainment. With iconic theatres such as El Molino, Apolo, Condal and Victòria, which offer a wide and varied stage offering, cultural life has driven a new gastronomic offer in the neighbourhood.
We recommend moving on foot or by public transport. You can also go to the city centre by bicycle or electric scooter.

- Travel cot:
Price: 30.00EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night
-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.
-Late arrival:
-Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
