- You will have a small terrace with a lot of charm from where you can see the sea, perceive its aroma, prepare a nice romantic dinner, have a drink or talk quietly.
- The apartment is very bright, cozy, with modern rooms (one of them with TV) and decorated with care. It also has a desk area where you can bring your computer, ideal for business trips.
- In the living room you will find beautiful wooden furniture, a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a large table to eat.
- The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make your stay a great one. The house is available in full and has everything you need for short or long stays.
- The accommodation is great for people who have a car and for people who don’t have it, as they can easily get around by bus or train.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- It is a typical neighborhood of coastal towns, quiet, charming and with emblematic buildings.
- Just a few minutes from the apartment is the seafront, with clear water beaches, typical fishing boats and beach bars where you can enjoy night and day.
- During the summer, all the villages in the area celebrate their typical parties, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.
- Every Thursday of the week, in the same village there is a market of clothes and fresh products of the area.
- On Sunday mornings, there is another market with ecological products of the season, called Market of the Flower, it takes only 15 minutes by foot from the house to get there.
- Near the village, there is a large water park called "Fantasy Island".

HOW TO MOVE
- Vilassar de Mar's station is a few minutes from the apartment. There are trains every 7-15 minutes towards Barcelona (lasting about 35 minutes) or towards the Costa Brava. To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants the R1 train line to Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the stop "Vilassar de Mar", about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, lasting about 40 minutes.
- You can also reach the village via the motorway or via the N-II road that runs along the entire coast.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
