Ok apartment - but worn

The apartment is ok for what it is but the furniture and floors are a bit beat up. If you are using this as a place to stay with a group it would be fine. Having stayed in 30 + rentals over a decade this was in the bottom half. Location was ok as it was close to metro and neighborhood was active with local life.

Good value for money, with some drawbacks.

Our five night stay in the apartment was fine with a good value for the money compared to competing offerings. The biggest drawback of the rooms is that it is an old house and there is a lot of noise coming in from the streets. The apartment has been renovated and the cleaning crew did the best job they could have done. Still some edges, doors, windows are still quite old and cannot offer a "clean look" and functionality anymore. Some of the interiors in the kitchen and in the living room are worn down a bit. The single beds are a bit short. The elevators work fine and quiet. All the transactions with Sweetin are electronic by default, so you need a smartphone with working internet connect to open the front door. In this building there are several Sweetin apartments and on some days there was a very friendly receptionist between 3 and 6 pm on the bottom floor. The view from the small balcony is nice and the apartment is located nicely, so that many things can be reached by foot.
