Beautiful two bedroom apartment for 6 people in the sought after area of the Sagrada Familia.
A warm living room with its modern fresco. You will find a dining table that can accommodate 6 people, a large sofa bed and a Smart TV (Netflix). An office area will allow you to work if you wish.
The compact but very functional kitchen will allow you to prepare all your meals. It is fully equipped (large fridge / freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine Nespresso , toaster, kettle, etc.)
Two bedrooms with a double bed each and a refined decoration.
Refresh yourself in the bathroom with a large shower.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a WiFi fiber connection.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
