Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not as comfortable as we had hoped. The room did not include Netflix or any streaming options, which was a bit disappointing given modern expectations. The bed was made up of two single beds pushed together to form a double, but they kept separating during the night, making it quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited variety. After the first morning, we decided to go out to eat instead. While the staff were polite the overall experience fell short of what we expected for the price.

I really loved this hotel. It felt very safe and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room was incredibly spacious, with a clever divider so one person could relax in the living room while the other enjoyed the bedroom in peace. The rooftop infinity pool was nice and picturesque. When I booked, the listing said “Gothic Quarter,” but I didn’t notice the fine print—it’s actually over 5 miles away. Getting to the main tourist spots required using FreeNow (their version of Uber/Lyft), which added up quickly in cost. That said, I appreciated the quiet location since the Gothic Quarter can be overwhelmingly crowded. A couple of things could be improved: the bathroom dispensers were frustrating—getting shower gel took forever (seriously, haha). Also, the breakfast buffet was just okay, nothing special. Overall, this is a solid four-star hotel that delivers on comfort and peace + bed was deliciously dreamy —just be prepared to travel a bit if you’re planning to sightsee.

Property is very nice, and the view is stanning. Unfortunately, Badalona does not offer anything beyond the hotel property. Downtown shopping area is of interest unfortunately dining is limited while the beach area has few caffes and eating places open around lunch time only.

Amazing staff, everyone was so helpful and professional throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the front desk team, they went above and beyond and truly made me feel welcome. The gym was quite good for a hotel gym, had everything I needed for a solid workout. The room and amenities were exactly as expected and matched the photos, which was great. The only thing l'd suggest for improvement is offering more vegan breakfast options. While I appreciated the plant-based milks, a vegan protein option would be a fantastic addition. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, I really enjoyed my stay!

Nice hotel, super friendly staff. Rooftop pool and bar was fabulous. Worst part was the lack of privacy in the rooms. Bathroom has glass wall to the rest of the room. One of our rooms had a semi transparent shade, and the suite did t have a shade at all. So no privacy if someone wants to use the toilet, or shower.
